How is my patients' data handled?
The AI concierge works as a receptionist: it answers questions, qualifies and books. It has no access to patient records or clinical documents — they are outside its technical reach, so it cannot read them or quote them in a conversation. If you switch on patient records (an optional feature), that data is handled under Mexico's LFPDPPP and only on your clinic's instruction. Our privacy notice sets out the detail.
I have no time to write copy or prepare content. How do we start?
We do the editorial work. We write the copy from your specialty and your treatments; you review and approve. We need your logo, photos, services, hours and contact details — that is what starts the 48-hour clock.
Does it sync with the calendar I already use?
We connect your Google Calendar: appointments the concierge books appear there, and commitments you already have block those slots so nobody double-books. If you run a different scheduling system, tell us which — we will check it with you before you sign, rather than promise an integration that does not exist yet.
Why a monthly fee instead of a one-off agency build?
